The modified vertebrae of an unknown creature, wielded by a duelist of justice, in conflict some other someone or something. Regardless of who or what it may be, it’s unlikely that they were expecting such an extravagant weapon – and nor may they expect how well its wielder can use it.
This fan-blade weapon was inspired by the anthurium pedatoradiatum plant. I got the image of a bar or chain that, when bent, will reveal an array of blades that resemble the sun. Highly impractical, and likely very dangerous (for the user) but very fun to consider nonetheless!
