It resides just beneath the surface in the terrain of distant lands whose soil resembles skin. Given their dark, thin, coiled anatomy, we’ve likened to called them “hairwyrms.” A diminutive form of the real ones.
Starting off the week, I wanted to return to more organic forms, and sure enough, I found some way back. Naturally, the worm creature came first and I considered having it reach toward the sun or something, but I didn’t want it to fall into something I would typically make. So, I made it smaller. Much smaller.
