Someone, seemingly of great authority, has been notified of something heinous or greatly undesired. Something that warrants punishment. A crime, or infringement upon some law. In either case, judgement has been rendered and justice shall be, swiftly, delivered.
Interested in the gestural, line-heavy style, I pushed it a little bit further by increasing the line weight and adding these shadow gradients. Though I’ll be moving onto another approach, the result here is an interesting one.
